Sri Annamalaiyar Associates (SAA) has been designing and building across the Nilgiris since 2019 — private luxury villas and weekend retreats shaped around how you live, in Ooty, Coonoor and Kotagiri. As a trusted property developer and builder, we bring that same attentiveness to every space we're entrusted with — respecting the landscape we build in as much as the people we build for — understanding what each client, family or community actually needs, and building accordingly.
Read MoreWe deliver engineering and construction with care — from private luxury villas and weekend retreats to commercial and institutional projects — across the eco-sensitive landscape of the Nilgiris. We treat every investment our clients make with the same care we bring to the build itself, because for most, this is the home of a lifelong dream.
To be the most trusted and imaginative builder in the Nilgiris — crafting exclusive private residences and responsible, environmentally-conscious spaces that give every client a quality of living that lasts a lifetime.
